Real-time response to human and software events

Event Focus enables you to watch for specific events and values, capture specified data, and trigger actions baseed on real-time events.

Event Focus monitors events such as keypresses, text on a screen, or user actions that can trigger other actions such as notify a supervisor of a critical event, remind an employee to up-sell on a product order or enforce compliance related actions. This is not dependant on any one application - as Event Focus can trigger any application, whether server based or desktop based, regardless of the employee's current application.
