The Focus suite works by collecting information from a small applet that sits on each PC and tracks all software activity: the amount of time spent in each application, module, or page, buttons clicked, navigation paths followed, and even values entered and returned. App Alert enables managers to monitor for particular events or values. Managers can also configure it to automatically trigger specific actions or alerts when, for example, a customer service representative enters a customer’s account number or a technician completes a service request.
