Iontas Announces OEM Agreement with Eyretel plc, a Global Provider Of Recording, Monitoring and Analysis Systems for Customer Contact Environments

Iontas, a leading provider of enterprise resource management software, and Eyretel plc announced today that they have entered into an OEM partnership to deliver Iontas technology as part of the Eyretel™ Contact 7000™ product suite. Eyretel is a global provider of voice and data recording, quality monitoring and analysis systems for the optimization of contact centers and other customer contact environments.

Under the terms of the agreement, Eyretel has incorporated Iontas technology into its Contact Focus™ desktop monitoring product. Contact Focus allows contact center supervisors and IT departments to accurately measure, monitor and manage agent and employee productivity - by identifying application usage and desktop workflow patterns, as well as reinforcing company IT usage policies and deterring the abuse of system privileges.
