Iontas, developer of PC-User Efficiency Management Software, Expands
International Sales Channels
Iontas, a developer of advanced PC-user efficiency management software, has announced reseller agreements with two new channel partners. The agreements with The Cara Group and 3-D Bilisim Teknolojileri Ltd, a Group Merit Company, will see Iontas' core products - PC Focus and Agent Focus - introduced to a wider customer base in Ireland and in Turkey.
Iontas' business development strategy is to align itself with proven business partners that have the knowledge, experience and technology to provide innovative tools to the fast growing needs of large corporations. Martin McCreesh, CEO of Iontas says "Iontas performance management solutions are already being used by a number of leading Irish and European organisations, including Esat Telecom, Conduit Europe and Stream International. These new partnerships will allow us to continue the rapid expansion of our customer base both at home and internationally while maintaining a high level of customer service and support through our channel partners."
The Cara Group is one of Ireland's largest indigenous IT companies and one of the top three resellers and suppliers of major support services to blue chip clients and most recently to the Department of the Marine and Natural Resources. Commenting on the partnership with Iontas, Robert Moloney, Sales Manager with the Cara Group says, "partnering Iontas allows the Cara Group to offer our clients a wide-ranging suite of integrated user management tools for deployment on PC systems, e-mail and the Internet. 3-D Bilisim is an established and recognised provider of technology solutions in Turkey, specializing in the markets of contact centres and trading floors. The company serves the top ten security companies, including Global Securities, Alfa Securities and Park Raymond James and the top ten call centres in Turkey. Among its portfolio of trading floor clients are ABN Amro, Citibank and Deutschebank.
