CARA Group announces partnership with Iontas
Cara Group, one of Ireland's leading indigenous providers of IT solutions, has announced a partnership with Iontas, developers of PC user efficiency management software.
Cara Group customers will now be able to avail of Iontas' innovative performance management solutions, which facilitate a better working environment, maximize return on investment and improve productivity.
Iontas develops PC monitoring software including Agent Focus and PC Focus. Agent Focus is specifically designed to meet the demands of modern day contact centers, providing centralised reporting on PC usage as well as integrated screen recording, and remote control. PC Focus is customised to the monitoring needs of corporate PC users and addresses acceptable use policy, personal time management, software inventory analysis and IT support services.

Iontas management products have been implemented by Esat Telecom, Conduit Europe and Stream International.
